How much does pallet rack cost?

Price depends on pallet positions, height, beam capacity, decking, freight and installation. Send your pallet size, heaviest load per level, usable clear height and building size for a free CAD layout and itemized quote.

Which rack system should we choose?

For many different SKUs, selective teardrop rack gives direct pallet access. Pushback provides two-to-six-deep last-in, first-out lanes by SKU, pallet flow rotates dated stock first-in, first-out, and drive-in stores bulk quantities of a few items. Long material needs cantilever; case picking calls for carton flow.

How is the load rating for pallet rack determined?

We start with your heaviest pallet rather than a standard weight allowance. Capacity is per beam pair per level, and the frame rating changes with height and beam spacing. We specify the complete configuration and provide load plaques with its ratings.

Do you supply and install the rack?

Yes. We handle design, new-material supply and installation by experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. The agreed layout sets the rows, levels and aisle widths, with work phased around your operations where practical.

How wide should pallet rack aisles be?

Start with the lift truck’s working-aisle requirement, not a rack catalog. Typical allowances are about 12–13 feet for counterbalance, 8–10 for reach trucks and 5–6 for very-narrow-aisle equipment. Pallet size and truck specifications must be checked before drawing rows.
